In chapter One we saw that law changes over a period of .time the main source of law that is the constitution has a been amended several times .in he year 2010 Kenya constitution was promulgated. The form of government changed to a devolved government. The country have a new structure of government which consists of the executive being the president and his cabinet secretaries. The courts are continuing to make judgments which becomes law .for example the famous presidential petition made history in judiciary,
The parliament passed many bills in order to implement the new constitution and it is continuing to do so
