It is carrying out activities proposed in the project plan to achieve project objectives, and deliver results and outputs. Its success depends on internal and external factors including; project team and effective monitoring of project progress and related expenditure. Overall project implementation requires lead partner and project leader who aspire to deliver quality results and outputs. Project implementation tasks involve; implement, (monitor progress, risks, changes and quality), evaluate, report (internally &externally) communicate (internally &externally).
