Procedure followed in issuing goods
- Checking on the material requisition (documentation)
- To prevent deterioration earlier receipt most be issued first i.e. first in first out
- Small quantities of materials should be issued from cut piece and not from full length
- When issuing the last piece in stock, it should also be reflected in the bin card and the balance should be recorded as nil.
